My Dad had a Coop like that with a narrow front. Hand turning brakes, It had a food brake on the right side that went to both tires. That fellow in the picture was one hot sweaty person. He would have been setting down in a plate steel box straddling the transmission. Dad put a cheater pipe on the hand brakes so I could turn the tractor pulling a disk at the ends. The one Dad had would run over 50 mph.
