Belt pulley only runs around 1500 and electric compressors use a 3450 rpm motor. You also would need a system for the tractor engine to shut down when pressure is reached then to cut in when pressure goes down. It can be done with a bunch of stuff added to the engine to make it run at high throttle when under load then dropping back to idle when pressure is reached.
