Jack. I have a little story I heard years ago. This is in no way a reflection on you or an attempt to make light of your troubles. And I realize having something stole from you is not a laughing matter. I too, have suffered from theives. But the little story is that there was a country store owner several years ago who hired an accountant to come in and audit his store. There was only the owner and one hired helper working in the store. When the auditor finished and met with the owner he says, "Well, everything looks good and in order except that the guy you have working in the store for you is stealing approximately fifty dollars a month from the cash registar." The store owner says, " Yes. I knew that. But that's about how much I lack in paying him what he's worth."
