I've got my doubts. A lot of people relish the outlaw culture that goes with it. I don't think the fear of getting caught is much of a deterrent. Convenience will still be a factor when people walk up the street to see mom and pop versus taking a 15 or 30 minute ride into town to CVS. Truth be told quite a number who use pot most likely will have an itch for something else that will remain illegal so they still wind up going through the black market anyways. Just my opinion.
