Sounds like a spool in the unit. I had to take the one off my 1020 in and get it fixed one time. I think there are two spools in there,one to turn left,one to turn right.
Just don't let them do to you what they did to me. I took it in TOLD them what was wrong. When I paid the bill and brought it home,it still did the same thing. The service manager had me playing phone tag all afternoon with his "try this-try that". Just before closing,he let me talk to the guy who worked on it. I asked him what he did,he said the only thing he did was replaced the seals. Had to take it off,take it back,80 mile round trip,then go get it again. They didn't credit me anything for the half azzed job they did the first time.
Good luck. Make sure they replaced the spool BEFORE you pay the bill and take it home.
