Get a set of T-Rail or snap on type duals. Just remove the nuts from half of the bolts that hold the wheel center to the wheel and attach the appropriate eyes for the j-bolts, fit the j-bolts to the correct length for the spacer and you're good to go. Wether or not duals would be of any practical use on a Dexta is another matter... but they could be fitted.
