There are sales minimums to keep inorder to keep the franchise. Around here, an MF dealer didn't have the big ticket sales the corperate number crunchers wanted, so he lost Agco/MF- after +50 years, and now sells aftermarket spares and...Yanmars. All of New England has always been 30-60HP country, you can't sell brand new 150-200 horses around here! You can't turn one around in a field as small as ours! The boardmembers look at spread sheets, but not maps. So must be the same in your area, JD guy got the market share, maybe the other brands can't keep their old franchises either.
