Well, since Easter Sunday it has been below freezing, with snow squalls each day, until today. It finally made it to 51F today and things are looking like spring. Some flowers poked out in our gardens in front of the house, the sap started to run again, Robins are back, plus a couple of Harleys went by, and I started on my 2014 firewood supply for my house. We have made 201 gals, of light and medium amber maple syrup so far. This comming week we will see what we get and probably shut things down after that.
