i mix 41% glyphosate with amine 400 2-4d in a pump sprayer, add a squirt of dish soap. about 8 oz of each with water. does a good job of burndown. for the vines in the trees, i cut them off about 4 ft up the tree and stick the ends in a plastic bottle (water bottles with the tops cut off work good) of the mix for a couple days.
