Tom : Pretty common mistake on the M 4900. What happened is you short shifted it. Your tractor is in affect in natural. The shift pattern is a plain H and you rounded the corners as you came down and back up. If you will click on my name and e mail me a phone number I can talk you into getting the linkage back right.
