It's running off of a PTO driven at 540 RPM by a 4-53 Detroit diesel. The whole hitch setup mimics exactly the dimensions of the tractors they typically pull the balers with. To handle the thrusting action of the plunger it's hitched to s Schuck cushion hitch so, as I answered in response to another post, that isn't an issue.
