Sounds like its starving for oil...CHANGE the filter! after 3 years it needs it,the hours donrt matter.Hydralic filters are probably the most neglected thing on a tractor....BTW,On an IH tractor,anytime you have ANY hydralic trouble.change the filter first.You can safely add 3-5 gallon of hydralic oil overfull.Helps suction on the pump
