i dont know how much room you have work in, im betting your truck is newer than mine, but you could get 2. "short" 90 degree elbows for a big rig exhaust and weld them together and then cut at 120, that would produce a short radius 120 and be full open thru the inside, flex tubing would take a huge amount of room to make 120 degrees and there is also pvc although 2 of them would be thicker than the exhaust elbows, im thinking for the room you probably have trying to have a muffler shop bend a 4" pice of exhaust pipe that tight would crimp the pipe just throwing some ideas out, go online to 4state trucks to view those elbows and see if those will do it they usually have some measurements on size
