Guess it depends on what you are buying it for...but if you are concerned about either using it or refurbing it, and you know a tad bit about Ns, the toe out isn"t gonna bother ya as much as the steering box/gears, the hyd pump, the axle seals and resulting brake issues, because if you have ever done the axel seals on a 9N/2N ( yes I know about sure seals, but I mean done them correctly), or rebuilt a hyd pump on an N or replaced the steering gears/arms on one ya know that while not real real complicated, it can be a pain, and can get quite expensive. Now if you are using it you may not be concerned about the engine smoking or the sheet metal, but if ya wanna make it right they come into play also. About half the Ns I look at need at least one rim which costs a few bucks, and most tractors for sale today need rear rubber, simply because it costs so much now days. So my point is that yes fixing the front end while probably not very expensive, and relatively easy, is only gonna make it more valuable to a neophyte, because in reality that toe out issue is chump change compared to the real issues ya get into dealing with an N. Bottom line is that if the other things I mentioned are good I"m not gonna pay ya any more for it because the toe in is good, and in reverse if the things are mentioned are bad, it"s not worth any more or less if the toe in is either bad or good!
