Just don't get yourself over the 1320 gallon limit with all petroleum products, tanks under 50 gallons don't count, tanks over 50 gallons - even if empty - do count.....
Pair of 500 gallon fuel tanks, and 2 totes for oil, (or (6) 55 gallon barrels of new and waste oil sitting around) and you just made yourself EPA reportable....
