It has been well documented that the earth has been warming since way before the industrial revolution. In the 1300-1400s they called it a mini ice age and it has been getting warmer ever since. In northern NH when it was first settled around 1760 there was a killing frost in mid August that killed all the corn except for one 20 acre area, forcing many to go back to Mass.
