I'm on their site almost weekly. don't get me started on how they messed it up.
Here's what I do.
1. try to get on the NH site. if fails- skip to number 3.
2. if by some miracle it works, look up parts.
3. Then I go to dubya dubya dubya dot part spring dot calm. "part" and "spring" are all one word, the rest you can figure out. You can buy online from them, but most of the time, I just take advantage of their PAL emulation.
4. curse at fiat group for being hard to deal with.
