What kind of shape is your 656 in? Around my parts a nice 656 is worth about the same as an OK 966. Why are you getting rid of the 5240? Are you just trying to free up some cash or what? If the 5240 was hard on your TMR then a 966 will probably be also as HP and torque are close if not a tad more from the 966 if it's healthy.
