What are the rims for? That sounds like a small tractor, possibly an H Deere and that would take a more special rim than say a wagon or piece of machinery would and what you would find at the tire dealers are just a jenerac type wheel if they would even be able to get your size and that is doutfull considering the offset and placement of valve stem and taper of lug bolt holes, rim revercable or not, so I would say find a tractor parts yard and start looking there as even the dealer probably could not get the correct wheel. The other answers are good for a wider and newer tractor rim but not for one that small. The early B John Deere even has a wider wheel on them than a 3" and then there are 2 styles of them and the first style will not interchange with the second but the second will with the first style.
