Like what some of these guys were saying go with the MBRP 4" exhaust, they sound great straight pipe, but with your regulations go with the peformance muffler, It would still have a good sound. Cold air intakes are a +, gotta keep that engine cool. But I would run the stock one if you dont have a peformance chip on your cummins, but if you did, I would put one on. On my 01 7.3 I run a 6637 Napa filter, and it has much better throttle response, really HIISSSES in the cab.
