I don't think this was a big common problem but we always run the auger wagon at low speed,(just above idle). New u-joints every 2 years with the 620 and 12 years now without fail on the Farmall H. You could see the engine pulse in the oats falling from the spout. With the Farmall it's a nice smooth stream.
