I agree with this to an extent. I think DST provides more useful hours in today's society, as most people stay up later as opposed to wake up early. Modern society also provides more to those that stay up rather than wake up. Look at how many things are closed at 5am but open at 11pm...
Anyway, despite my fondness of DST, I hate the change. Seriously - it's terrible. They should pick a time and leave it alone. Arizona already does this (They don't observe DST.)
