Not really, Mike. We got both - Angora goats, Shetland sheep. And the various individuals have their own personalities, (sheepality, goatality?). I've seen all kinds of behaviors that indicate they have their own agenda. Some are friendly, some standoffish, etc. Guess it has to do with what you're born with, and let's face it neither species has a lot to do with. If standing around munching hay, sleeping, getting a drink, laying around, grazing a while, butting some one else around a bit, laying around, growing wool (or hair), laying around, eating a bowl of grain, standing around, - well, you get the idea! Then sheep and goats are well equipped for the job description. But they are not stupid, as some would have you believe.
