Dave, I agree whole heartedly. My father in law loves cadillacs. We ended up with one after my brother in law bought one of his when my father in law bought a new one. Had tons of problems,got a call one day asking if we wanted it he was giving it away. So we took it, thing looks good but since last june three of the power windows broke letting the glass fall inside the door. It uses a quart of oil to a tank of fuel, the front axle needs replacing it started whining something awful when you get over 35. The new one he has just came out of the shop Wednesday to replace the oil pan gasket took the dealer three days to fix it.
