So... they've now sent you 7 statements since last august that cost them 43 cents postage plus paper costs each time all because you didn't put the correct amount on the cheque in the first place? I know the amount is trivial... but I'm sure they do have policy in place and an audit procedure that requires them to carry that balance forward... If it had be ten bucks here and 100 bucks there that they wrote off the books because it wasn't worth their bother to carry it... somebody would be on here complaining about what a bunch of robbers they are.
