I do a variety of small, general repair jobs that the professional mechanics don't want.
There is a lot of older equipment still in service around here. I've rewired an Army 6x6 from the 40's being used as a logging truck, rebuilt the fuel system on an old gas-engine chipper, fixed a multitude of small engine stuff, ATV's, lawn mowers, snow blowers, log splitters, small welding repairs, whatever somebody needs done.
Not a lot of money at my amateur shop rates, but it adds up, and it gives me something to do, and it's something I enjoy.
