I don't know about other folks, but the non heated washers I have/had have pump problems and the zinc interconnect corrode which gets in the pump.
I don't know if money will buy you a solution to these problems or if you buy the cheapest you can and replace it or the pump every couple of years. Getting the right pump can be a chore to ensure the interface works. I bought my replacement pumps at Northern Tool on the www.
