Currently, our tractor club recieves its liability insurance for club events, through EDGTA. Review of this policy reveals that although spectators at events have liability coverage in case of accident, we the participants do not. essentially all particpants must have insurance through EDGTA, any type of accident involving a member with another member is not covered. Many times, the club members make up half the attendance. Is anyone aware of an insurance coverage available that would cover liability at our events for the public as well as the members of the club? We have about 150 members, we have 10 tractor pulls, antique stock only, as well as a tractor trek , and 3-4 public display events that we participate in as a typical years calandar.
