Found it! this is a picture of the farm I grew up on. This I took in 1968 while on leave before going to Vietnam.
Neat thing about this picture, if I could find it on the computer, is my Mom took one from the front step while I was going around from about this same angle. When I find it I'll put the two together for next time.
All the dead trees were American Elms killed by the Dutch Elm disease. The front yard had 4 big ones in it that also died. I had taken them down the week before.
