Yes we are 5-6 hrs ahead A real b*gger when flying back home as you sorta lose a bit of a day!. In the Republic of Ireland gaelic is taught in schools But I don't think too many are interested in it. I am from Northern Ireland and we learn French and Spanish at school...The Spanish is so we can be understood in America!!! LOL Some of the Roman Catholic schools do also teach Gaelic here in the North. But we English speakers are hopeless at learning other languages, it is so easy to find someone who can translate for you no matter where you go in the world. You don't need Gaelic to attend any of our tractor shows! Sam
