Some good looking old trucks, (and road tractors). Thanks for posting. I had an uncle who purchased a new Mack road tractor in 1949, was going to contract haul for the company he had been driving for. Thought he could make more money that way. That only lasted about a year,he sold the tractor and went back to driving for the company. If I remember correctly he said he paid $10,000 for the Mack. Does that sound about right to anybody?
