Speed zones when not needed. Local town has speed zone (20 MPH) signs on county road about 10 blocks by school. OK, nothing wrong with that except there are no times or other information posted so the zone is in effect 24-7, year around and there is no school from June thru mid August. I call these stupid acts "city fund raisers". Just plain stupid.
