Had that happen a few years back also. Went to a chiropractor and it took care of it. He said a big cause of it in men is sitting on their wallet or having one stuffed to full in the back pocket putting pressure on it. I had a real bad back pain one time and went to a chiropractor for probably 6 treatments. Each time it got worse. He always really worked this one spot he thought was out of place. I finally went to a back specialist who did an xray and MRI on it. He showed me the spot the guy had been working on. It was a spur that was all inflamed from all the pressure the guy was applying on it. Back pain was from disc degeneration. He gave me exercises to do and that helped. The physical-message therapist was a wonder worker though. I would go to one of those any day before a chiropractor.
