Be 6 years next month since I had robotic surgery. Don't procrastinate. Had friends who had alternate treatments, results weren't so good. Old urologist insisted that I have surgery after biopsy. Surgeon told me I was too old but Urologist insisted so, he did it. I am very grateful. Pathology after surgery showed very cancerous but contained. Last PSA was .002.
