No need to, he's well fed and knows his territory well. Favorite food, dry cat food. He will chase off a half dozen full grown cats to steal their food too, very comical to watch. Mine does not have a peahen around, never has so he courts the chickens. Dances, rattles his feathers and hollers at them. Yea, they just ignore him but he never gives up.
