Arrogance seems to be a desirable trait with the younger generation and management fools such as are depicted in the Dilbert comic strip. The last off farm job I had there was a coworker who's attitude just screamed he wanted to get his head shoved through a concrete wall. I think business leaders today confuse arrogance with intelligence. I hate to think what it will be like in another ten years with fools admiring UFC wrestling and so forth. This country is just about done for.
