Several years ago, we had a guy at work that shot a possum inside his house. The clothes dryer quit so after several months, he finally pitched it out in the yard. Never plugged the vent hole in the wall. The possum would cross the room from the couch to behind the TV about the same time each evening. One day, he sat in his recliner with his rifle. When he shot it, his wife came in to see what the idiot was up to now. He pointed to the dead possum and told her to pitch it out. This story is no joke. He told it at work and when we saw his wife later, she started out by saying "You will never guess what that idiot did now."
