Good suggestions from all these guys. Safest, surest way without damaging the head is to have a machine shop with EDM burn it out. Never tried a torch but it might work too. I also have had to take out too many easy-outs the hard way to ever use one myself. They almost always break off before you can get a frozen bolt loose, then as you know, you have a real mess to deal with. Avoid 'em like the plague!!!
