Shows us as being "improving". We were not as dry as you last years but it wasn't good.
We had 3 years in a row that the only problem was the timing of the rain. Seems every time the hay was ready to cut we couldn't get more that 2 days between rain. Saw on guy baling through 2" of standing water just to get it off the ground.
