having problems at first the hydr. system was a little jerky so, i took the top cover off.i cleaned everything and replaced o rings just like in the video.i cranked it up and the lift goes up and then will not come down until i turn the engine off then i can move it up and down freely.i checked the metal dowel pi an its fine.i have no control over the lift.everything looked right by the video.any suggestions please help.
