I grumble about price increases too, so I understand where he is coming from, just blow off some steam.
But, yea, it is what it is, fuel, parts, twine, fertilizer hasn't gone down in price either, and droughts make shortages that is how business works.
10 years ago a load of nice looking ditch hay did not bring 40 cents a bale at an auction I was at, he wasn't there to lend a hand and pay the fella a 'proper' price for that hay, when all costs have gone up and it's in short supply just gonna be where the market is.
