I go to a 900 cow dairy 10 to 20 hours a week and do their repairs,maintenance, welding ect. and they pay me more than what I was making at a jd dealer as a tech. I din't know what the workers get paid. Most of the workers are hispanic and I get along with them fine except the language barier with some of them. The owner has told me it's a simple issue of dependability, they show up every day as scheduled and never call in sick or take time off. Not saying it is right but at least they work all the while we have thousands of blacks, mongs and white trash on government support. If these people had any pride in them selves and would take these jobs their wouldn't be openings for illegals. Take some blacks out of Harlem, cut off their welfare and give them a real job milking cows and see how long that lasts.
