Well now they make the stuff so weak it probably wouldn't get a person drunk or poison them. Our 4Runner grew mold in the washer fluid tank and it stunk up the air vents if you used the washers. I read all about taking the tank off and bleaching it sounded like a lot of work. Poured a 1.59 bottle of rubbing alcohol in there and "cured" it.
