Not necessarily. Look at how it's on the truck. Now consider sides on that rack, full of grain. Several tons, (I would guess similar to the dozer), almost all on the rear axle. Now that would scare me. And farmers have been doing it all along. Having driven a roll back machinery truck for years with all kinds of loads, the worst kind was too much weight on the rear, and not enough on the front.
