very simple, dont file!takes literaly years for them to get around to finding you.lots of people do it,thinking they will slide by somehow. in fact, i wonder sometimes if a person never filed a tax form if they even would know. would have to somehow cross your employers pay record i would think.i once got a notice that i hadnt filed from if i recall correctly five years prior. called up my tax guy and he went through his files. sure enough he had mailed me my copy but filed the irs's with his. luckily i didnt owe anything and he paid the fines and things. also ceased to be my tax man. since then i want them in my hand and i send them in personally.
