Sounds like one of your ABS wheel sensors or wire leading to it is bad. It would be on the drive axle since traction control lite is on too. Most likely your van is front wheel drive and the wires go bad leading to the ABS sensor because the wires are always flexing from turning.
If it's not either of those look to see if the tone ring is rusted on the rotors. This was a chronic problem on IH built school buses. They finally went to a stainless tone ring. The tone ring is what the ABS sensor picks up it's signal from. If the tone ring rusts the signal is interrupted or non existant.
