Well,I know it's not a law,but it sure does make sense.It would be nice to see police writing warning tickets for this infraction.I won't drive across the road with the reciever hitch attached.I guess besides hurting someone,I'm also concerned about theft.I know,I'm in the minority on this,but my thoughts.
