Yup, that upside down thing with the bulbs...guess that duffus didn't think about the fact that ceiling fixtures mean the base is UP, to quote Homer Simpson...'dooh'

What does or doesn't that say about the folks that put these folks in office/on a pedestal/hang on the words they say.
