This is from the weather channel with data from the NWS. The Tug hill region comes in 6th with 193" for a long term average. Hancock, MI (about 40 miles from here) has a long term average of 211".
So far to date this season we officially have over 100" of snowfall and its only 2/3 of the way through January and we usually have fresh snowfall into April.
Lived in Boonville, NY for a while working and they get snow no doubt. But nothing like the Keweenaw peninsula of the UP year after year.
