Years ago when there was an economic downturn and gas rationing I cleared an acre corner of the woods and planted a big garden. Then for years that spot was planted along with the adjacent field. But decades later I planted it as a garden again, mainly to grow various pumpkins (got one over 500 pounds). I envy you for your rolling land and various plots. But, the main problem to me is.. what to do with all the stuff you grow!!.. unless you do a farmers' market. I couldn't GIVE it all away!
